Suunto 7 not fully syncing with Suunto App on phone

Help, my Suunto 7 isn’t fully syncing with the Suunto App on my phone.
This started on Thursday 27th or Friday 28th.
I noticed it Friday morning when my sleep would not sync across to the phone, however this may be due to the watch not actually tracking any sleep for that night (which on it’s own is odd, but not the end of the world). The more I tried to get it to sync I could see that more data was not syncing over.
In the collection of summary graphs in the app on the phone, nothing as synced across for Friday or today, all graphs are blank for those days.
However, if I open them and look them in detail, the data is there (for example, in the resources graph).I have restarted my phone and the watch but it made no difference.
Do I need to clear the cache in the phone or watch? Or even factory reset the watch? (hopefully not).
I am running Suunto App Beta 4.51.4 on the phone. This was updated on Tuesday 25th and syncing was ok until Thurs/Fri.
Any help would be hugely appreciated

@olymay logout, then login, or even uninstall/reinstall of the Suunto app on the phone usually helps.

I just went to log out and it presented me with a warning saying:
“All activities that have been synced will be removed from your phone”
I don’t want to lose all of my historical data

@olymay what? I’ve never seen that message! I reinstalled the app two weeks ago, still have everything. Weird.

@olymay they should sync back from the cloud in few minutes, depending on how many data you have. The message was not there two weeks ago.

@isazi this is now my third phone since using the Suunto App and it has always brought the data back down from the cloud in the past.
But this warning caught me off guard as I haven’t seen it before.

@olymay if you want I will do it now to see if everything works. But I do not have a S7.

@isazi IT WORKED!!!
Uninstalled and reinstalled and after a few minutes everything was there again AND the missing synced data has synced.
