My girlfriend has a new S9 peak. We noticed serveral times blackscreens and maybe reboots during swiping through the pages: taking hr, body battery, altitude, timer, settings… blackscreen for serveral seconds (maybe 10s). After screen was back, GPS file was lost. So maybe this are reboots. We had it with first SW and also with newest SW. Watch is new. We didn’t do anything in sport mode yet. Didn’t know that from my S9B.

Is this a known thing? Probably fixed in coming updates? Or should i send it back?

@mountainchris how often did this happen? I had it once happening on my S9P and it was related to some issue with HR (I was in the HR screen getting a reading, don’t know what happened and the watch rebooted). If you are seeing this often, there may be some faulty hardware and I would personally ask for replacement.

@mountainchris sure, update incoming… But please keep monitoring the issue because I’ve been using a S9P since last March and (on non testing software) it happened only once to me. Check after the update and contact support if it happens again.

@isazi Thanks. We will check next days. Btw imo steps are way underestimated in compare to S9B. Would you confirm this from your experience?
