Not able to sync one activity to app

I just finished a downhill ski, the app not able to sync this activity to app. It says 1 activity synced but I can’t find it from the app.
I tried another sports, it synced. I deleted the dummy sport from app, reinstalled the app, it is syncing two activities but I only find th dummy sport synced.
I guess some bug prevent my ski activity be synced? Anyway to solve this issue?

@kai-liu can you see the activity in the logbook of your watch? Does it contain training details like graphs and other metrics?

@dmytro yes I can see it. It countians graphs like heart rate, speed etc
S7, S9P, Vertical Solar / boxing, skiing, hiking, running

Do you have another phone to try it with? I have never encountered something like this maybe someone else can help out. -
@dmytro yeah I use my wife’s iphone it synced. So something wrong with the android version I mentioned. Do you know any developer bug report channel?
