Sports-tracker: is there any support?

Submitted multiple bug reports over a period of months, never had any response from support. Does support actually exist, or is the contact form just a feint?
I have also tried emailing Suunto; as usual, they simply don’t respond.

Sports-tracker and Suunto are not linked, not same company. They share same base of the mobile app, and some databases, but that’s it.
So forget Suunto to get help for ST
Btw, if ST app works like suunto one, you should have an assistance menu in it to contact the support, then it is their role to answer you (or not

@mff73 Thanks. I’m trying to get help from Sports-tracker for bugs that might be with Sports-tracker (e.g. incorrect GPS tracks; I don’t know if they recorded properly but display incorrectly or actually recorded incorrectly, which would be a Suunto issue) and to get help from Suunto for issues with the Suunto HRM.
I have submitted multiple tickets to Sports-tracker and have never had a response (and I did check my spam folder).
