Help! How can I cancel an suunto.com order?
Hi, I created a customized order for suunto 9 peak, titanium white with a microfiber strap. Yet the system is not adding the microfiber strap and I just realized it after payment because the number is not correct. It is Friday how can I reach someone to help me cancel the order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure that orders reach our customers as soon as possible, they are processed as soon as they are placed. This is why we are unable to change or cancel orders.
How can I return an item bought from the online Suunto shop?
Customized products may only be returned if they were not manufactured according to your specifications.

Thanks all! I have to wait until Monday to talk to customer service and order cannot be cancelled. I just need to buy a strap separately
