Does anyone know if there are plans to update the firmware with a better algorithm for steps tracking? Or is that even possible?

@publius I don’t know, if there are such plans, but it was deliberately omitted in the past - check other threads for more insight.

@isazi How would I go about raising it to their attention? It would seem to be a relatively easy thing to implement and I would be willing to pay for it.
