Ambit3 Peak - activity won't sync/missing

Hi fellow Ambit users!
Despite some angst by some, I’ve not had many issues with the change to SA.
Until today.
I completed a 4 hour multisport (not my first on this watch/phone combo) and it just won’t transfer to SA.
The activity shows fine in my watch’s log.
The app says it’s syncing then says sync’d… all the usual notifications are coming through Bluetooth… I updated the app to the latest version… And even ran a quick test activity a few hours later and that was synced immediately!
So, why can’t I get my big hike -> packraft -> hike through to SA?
And what can I do to retrieve it from the watch please? Is that possible?

I think I solved this! I signed out of the app, deleted all user data from my phone, signed back in and the missing activity sync’d up!
