Hello;

Is anyone else having the following problem with the “Do no disturb” mode?

When i activate “Do no disturb”, it is active for some seconds and then the watch dissables it automatically. When i activate it a short time after, it keeps activated (works as expected).
I have “Auto do not disturb” enabled at night, but the problem appears at daytime.

It is the same on my Suunto 9 Peak as well as on my Spartan Ultra.

Don’t know if i am doing something wrong or if there is a bug.

Help would be appreciated.

@s_roman it happened to me too for few days in a hut without internet, then when I wanted to replicate it to send logs to Suunto it did not happen anymore.
Can you please describe everything you do so I can try to replicate?
Or if you manage to have it happen every time, can you send logs and then send me a message saying when you sent them and from which account?

@isazi Not sure if it’s related but when DND is enabled through a schedule, the watch face shows a mute icon on the bottom. If I enabled it manually (through shortcuts) I don’t see the mute icon.

If I return to the shortcut menu after a while DND is still enabled. Until now my watch hasn’t disabled it automatically outside a schedule.

Edit: Nevermind… the mute icon only appears when the watch is in lock mode

@s_roman I enabled it quite a few times during a day when I was taking a nap, but never had something like that. I did have the watch shutting down OHR during the manual DND period though

Happened several times randomly, went away after reboot.

@isazi Thanks for your answer. As it seems it does not happen every time. At the moment i don’t have any idea what circumstances trigger this behavior. I tried it in the morning: no problem. I tried it just now. It deactivated itself again. I sent the logs at 14:53 at the 22.07.2021. (just a minute ago).

@s_roman I’m also suffering from this same issue.

When I arrive at my office, I turn on DND but after that, notice sound alarms again. When I turn on DND again, I think DND is sustained.

I believe this happens to me once a day after automatic sleep mode is turned off in the morning.
