Suunto 5 HR sensor - SuuntoApp (Galaxy S9)

How I can connect Suunto 5 Heart Rate Sensor to the Samsung Galaxy S9 SuuntoApp?
I don’t have Heart Rate Belt and I cannot find how to connect Suunto 5 wrist heart rate sensor to the Suunto Mobile App. I don’t want buy a HR belt and I want to record actions with the Mobile App not with the watch.
SuuntoApp does not record heart rate even Suunto 5 is synchronized with it.
