Sleep tracking not working
-
@aeroild yes several times. Also delete cache from the Suunto app on the watch.

@kees-w No one that can help? Still no solution. How is it possible that everything works fine, except my sleep tracking. Even my heart rate the whole night is visible. Contacted the support on chat. Within one minute the employee left the chat and told me that he will contact the technical team. Still no response unfortunately.

@kees-w
Have you tried factory reset yet?
It will wipe all your data from the watch and you have to set it from the beginning.
It might help if you haven’t done it yet. -
@kees-w
I know this is going to sound really stupid, but your sleep tracking is definitely turned on? You didn’t accidently turn it off by turning off resource tracking etc?
Can you see resource tracking and is that working?What does you sleep tile and resource tiles show?
What time have you set your sleep tracking for? (maybe you window period is not when you usually sleep, in which case it will not track sleep, you should just see resources go up as it will treat them as a nap). -

I think this is no longer necessary, right?

@flypg what to set the sleep time?
As far as I am aware it is, as it determines whether its treated as sleep and thus has sleep tracking, or it treats it as a nap and its a recovery gain to the body resources. -
@jamie-bg I told you this because few days back I tried to disable and re-enable the Sleep Tracking and did not request me the estimated Bedtime, only asked me for my Sleep Goal and if I would like to activate the Bedtime Reminder. Maybe it’s a change of the last FW.

Thanks for the advice guys. Yes I did a full reset of my watch and yes the sleep tracking is on. My body resources works, even the heart rate in the night. I set my sleep goal to 7,5 hours and a reminder on 23.00. The last time it tracked my sleep was the beginning of this month.

@kees-w Move your sleep time further away from when you actually sleep, at least an hour before. See if that helps.
Second, when you wake up, scroll to sleep and the watch should ask if you are awake. Are you doing that? Sorry if this was already covered.

Quel est la fréquence mini que vous avez mis ?
Si trop bas, vous ne dormez jamais -
@brad_olwin did this also. The widget doesn’t ask me the question: ‘are you awake?’
Don’t know what’s wrong with my watch but I will return it to the store. Maybe I’m dead at night

@kees-w Since it was working, I seriously doubt it is the watch itself. Is the step counter working properly? If the accelerometer Is working then there is likely nothing wrong. Have you sent logs to support via the app?
