2.14.16 not recording swimming distance

Hello all,
I’ve updated my Suunto 5 last night to 2.14.16, this morning used it for swimming and the distance as well as the swim pace was not recorded. Also, I use swim.com and the data was not transferred. Trying to call customer service, but have not been able to reach them. Anyone experiencing the same issue?
Is there a way to go back to the previous software version?
