Unable to create a custom sport mode

I am unable to create a custom sport mode through the Suunto app to choose the data I want in Suunto 5. Syncing in the Suunto app last forever and it eventually says “oops something went wrong”. All the time. Frustrating.

@clearshaven see if you have the latest firmware installed. If not, update the watch.
You may need to do the hard reset unfortunately as the update prior to the last one introduced the bug in S5 related to custom sport modes.
