How to upload new routes to Ambit3 Peak?

I’ve never had problems with this before but now I’m struggling to get new created routes to upload on to my Ambit3 Peak
I used to create or upload new routes on movescount on my laptop and select ‘Use with my Ambit3 Peak’ and then use moveslink to synchronise my watch.
But now this doesn’t seem to work.
