Wondering if anyone have any tips/trix how to handle different work hours/sleep
My Suunto 7 seems to have problems with when you sleep night one day and sleep days one day and so on.
It’s hard to register sleep when I’m sleeping days?
I work as a nurse in ICU and work really irregular work hours so I’m really interested in seeing how much I sleep week wise
Try changing the bedtime reminder. Set it to 1hr before you want to go to sleep.
I think the reminder is helps it determine when your sleep period is, and thus better determine actual sleep.
