Ambit3 no longer syncs

On Android it’ll pair with the phone, but on sync the bluetooth icon on the watch disappears. It’s a new watch, only 8 months old.
I’m also getting lag in the menus.
Is there any way to do a factory reset on the watch?

@quackzilla you can factory reset your watch using SuuntoLink, but note that all your activity logs from watch will be erased and if you had some that were not synced to your Suunto app account will be lost.
BTW I also got occasionally lags in the menu, but as I noticed it was due always on bluetooth connection with Suunto app. Since I disabled auto sync and I do manually sync my watch, I have no lags.
