Suunto app registration problem

Thank you quick response. I can’t see any option to create a new account. My options are log in, forgor your password and contact support… I’m using Android, by the way.

Yes, the linked thread. But forgot my password does’t work and I get no option to create a new account.

What to do is explained. -
I have read the whole thread, but still don’t get it, sorry. So; I open the app and choose continue with email. I write in my e-mail adress and then I’m asked for the password, which I don’t know. My only options are to write in the password, forgot my password (which is not working) and contact support. So, if I understand correctly, there must be an existing account associated with my e-mail, otherwise the app would guide me to create a new one? Should I just try using different e-mail?

@gorles82 Password reset mails aren’t put into your email SPAM folder?

No, I don’t think so. When I registered my watch and changed my password for forum log in, I received e-mails normally.
There must be a problem with the app, I guess. -
I was able to create a new account with different email adress. So I guess I will just use different email.

Well, you can contact support too, just to remove the other account or to know if reset was not working. -
