      Hi, can someone please explain how to obtain a password for Suunto app? I’ve tried to use the same password that I use to log in to forums (with the same e-mail) but it doesn’t work. I registered my watch with the same e-mail. If i choose forgot my password, I receive no e-mail message. What am I missing? Thank you in advance.

        @gorles82 it is not the forum login that you use with the app.

          @gorles82 if you don’t have an account the app will guide you in the process to create one.

            Thank you quick response. I can’t see any option to create a new account. My options are log in, forgor your password and contact support… I’m using Android, by the way.

                        I have read the whole thread, but still don’t get it, sorry. 🙂 So; I open the app and choose continue with email. I write in my e-mail adress and then I’m asked for the password, which I don’t know. My only options are to write in the password, forgot my password (which is not working) and contact support. So, if I understand correctly, there must be an existing account associated with my e-mail, otherwise the app would guide me to create a new one? Should I just try using different e-mail?

                            No, I don’t think so. When I registered my watch and changed my password for forum log in, I received e-mails normally.
                            There must be a problem with the app, I guess.

                              I was able to create a new account with different email adress. So I guess I will just use different email.

                                Well, you can contact support too, just to remove the other account or to know if reset was not working.
