Problems connect to App & Strava sync
HI I haven’t posted before . I can’t connect either my Suunto 7 or 9 to the app. It finds them as before, but won’t connect. I’ve tried restarting apps/bluetooth and restarting the phone. This hasn’t been a problem before.
However eventually after restarting the watch it uploaded the run. Although it wouldn’t upload to Strava. I hope you can help? Many Thanks
@trevormatty I am having the same issue with my S5. The app on iPhone recognises my watch but it wont connect. Restarted phone, watch etc but no luck. Double-checked latest versions as well.
@cornell-tsiang I have think it’s definitely the app as in my case neither the 7 or the 9 would connect. Switching the watch off resolved it for now. I hope you get yours sorted
