Recently my S7 cannot connect to my Suunto App on my android phone
Wear os shows the app is connected and was able to control the watch. But Sunnto App keep showing connecting - not connected - connecting - not connected …
What may be the issue?

@kai-liu also good idea to restart phone. Often connection issues like this tend to be more the phone than the watch.
Also make sure that the waer os app on your phone is unrestricted (i.e. prevent android from automatically closing it due to battery/memory management).
I have had a similar issue uploading the activities, It was resolved after deleting the suunto app data and synchronize back with my suunto 7.
