how to put music on the device?

so i have a bunch of music on my pc,
now i can not seem to link my suunto 7 to my pc,
cant drag and drop from windows,so i’m kinda lost in the woods on this one,
i cant seem to find a music player on the suunto either,please can anybody tell me how i get this to work?

To put music on your device, connect it to your computer using a USB cable. Open your music management software (like iTunes or Windows Media Player), select the songs you want to transfer, and sync them to your device. You can also drag and drop files directly to your device’s music folder.
