Moveslink2 Mac Big Sur (11.2.1) not working
-
I’m trying to sync my Ambit3 Sport from my Mac to movescount in order to update the sport mode.
- I connect the USB cable
- The moveslink2 detects my watch.
- When I link on moveslink2 “CONNECT TO MOVESCOUNT” button, the following message is displayed “No internet connection. Please enable connection and try again”
- My Mac has a right internet connection. How can progress on this?
I will appreciate any suggestion to fix this.
Thanks in advance

@diegonm you need to use Suuntolink now. Check in Suunto’s web page about digital transition.

@cosmecosta Thanks cosmecosta, the problem is that when I use Suuntolink I can not connect to movescount that it is the only application that could update the sport mode of my Ambit3 Sport. At least it is the only solution that Suunto provides for the ambit3 series now. The Suunto App can not configure the ambit3 sport modes

@diegonm are you sure you are using the latest Suuntolink?

I’m not using an Ambit, so I don’t have direct experience but from what I have read, I think that in some place in Suuntolink you have to enter your Movescount credentials. As @isazi says, are you on the last version?

@isazi Yes I have just downloaded a couple of days ago from movescount portal.

@diegonm Mine is working.

@pavel-samokha Thanks a lot Pavel, following the instructions you sent me everything worked for me I could configure my Ambit3 Sport perfectly.
Thanks @isazi , @cosmecosta , @Brad_Olwin for your time and support as well. Have a nice weekend and enjoy.Regards
