Suunto 7 Watch Routes app

I have installed the app Watch Routes on my Suunto 7 and Smarpthone. When I prepare a route on the smartphone and send it to Suunto, it receive the data like navigation directions but doesn’t show any map on the suunto.
Has anyone else made experience with that app and got it working?

@tom-wehrle - do you mean it doesn’t show the map on your watch?
Or you expect to see the map in the suunto tracking app?-
Watch routes app not appearing on watch - can you start the app on the watch and does it come up. If so then its more of a route transfer issue. Either way would suggest discussing with Dev - they seem to have some of these issues with some models of watches and phones.

If not appearing in suunto app, that is because it isn’t part of it. If you read the app description you will see that this app is supposed to be used in conjunction with other apps and you will need to switch between them. Link this app and the one you want to use to track, so you can easily switch between apps by pressing home button then app button.
If you are using this for tracking - why - you already have offline maps, with basic route navigation built into the suunto app, plus the way it is built into the watch enables much better battery life than Watch Route app could ever give you.

@jamie-bg it doesn’t show the map on the watch! I will get in contact with the Dev as you suggested.
I just like the idea to predefine some routes and can it display on the watch.
For tracking I’m more than happy with the offline maps and that’s the main aspect why I’m having the Suunto 7
