Two way sync SA <-> S7

@brad_olwin Garmin and Apple do it.
In Garmin is called truesync. In case you have various watches and you can pick which one is your main device as daily tracker but if you workout with another it syncs.
Not only in the app. In the watches too.
If you have two Apple watches it will sync back to both? Did not know that, I thought Garmin might.

@brad_olwin nope in two Apple watches. My mistake.
But in Garmin for sure works.

@bulkan It definitely works - in the dark old days before I discovered Suunto I used to wear a Vivomove as my everyday watch, and an old Fenix for running - on days I wore both they would separately sync to Garmin Connect, which would then combine the steps and the total would sync back to both watches. As I’ve said in a separate thread, as someone who wears both a S7 and an S9B, often on the same day, I would love to see this functionality in the Suunto app and watches.

@brad_olwin Coros does this and it works beautifully.
Workout with one watch, sync it to the app, activate another watch as the “primary” with the click of a single button and all updated metrics sync back to the new primary device (steps, daily calories, activities, etc.)
It’s by far the best thing about their app.
I 100% support this. I like using my A3P when I know GPS is going to struggle or logging weight sessions directly into the app, but none of that carries over to the 9.

@stromdiddily there is definitely a feature request for this, we just need some search kung-fu to find it
-
@stromdiddily Did not know that….agree with the OP!

I think this is the request: https://forum.suunto.com/topic/4482/bidirectional-syncs

Good catch.
I voted too. I’m really into this. With two watches is really handy,

@bulkan Ditto. I’ve votes too. Seems a no-brainer, especially if you regularly read the forum as lots of people seem to have multiple watches.
