Suunto 7 Graphite Limited Edition
-
I’ve just received the Suunto 7 Graphite limited edition. It’s a thing of beauty and the new grey strap is lovely. Not quite sure of the material, but it feels like fabric and is very soft and pliable. I have a question though: does anyone know how durable it is? It feels too soft to run in for instance, and I’m not sure how it would cope with sweat and mud?? I’m also unsure how well it would last with getting wet in the shower on a regular basis. Does anyone have any thoughts or knowledge about it? I wonder if it’s more of a dress strap that should be changed for exercise? Thanks.

@ldxmsg
Hi! I was lucky to worn it in preview and have been using it for months, even running or in the shower. SEEMS not very resistant because it is really very soft, comfortable and light, in REALITY, after almost 5 months of use, it still shows no signs of sagging.use it more carefully than a silicone strap, but don’t keep it as a “Sunday strap”

@saketo-nemo Great stuff, thanks!

@saketo-nemo Nice to read this, I used until now as office strap

I love the look of that strap and would love for it to be available to buy on it’s own (I think it would look nice on my copper Suunto 7 )

@brad_olwin NICE!! That definitely wasn’t there last time I looked Really glad to see it has been made available
But £55 is quite pricey for a watch strap :-S

I’ve got to say, it looks lovely and complements the watch very nicely. It’s very lightweight and soft, which is good, but despite the comments of @Saketo-Nemo, I still feel nervous at how durable it is!
