There is no way to login in Suunto App

Yesterday SuuntoApp went well. Today when I turn on my mobile phone and open the App it asks me to log in and when I enter the password it does not recognize it. I ask that they send me email to reset the password and no email is sent all day. What a disaster!

@Salva-Ayuso maybe not using the correct email ? Maybe you logged in with facebook ?

In the end I logged in with Facebook because I was unable to log in with my email account. But it is not acceptable that I have been waiting all day for a password reset email

Yes, I have checked my spam folder and there is no Suunto email there either
