Suunto 5 fails to update...

Good Evening from Italy.
I just bought a Suunto 5 and managed to synch it with the App.
But there is no way to update the watch… The Suuntolink is installed (I run on Windows 7 Pro) and recognizes the watch.
But the program says:Anyone had this before?
The internet connection is On and perfectly running…Thank you for any feedback you may give.

Is Windows 7, I have a friend with the same problem, we’ve tried everything and nothing worked. In the moment he tried in another PC with another version of windows. (10 I think) it worked at the first try.
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos this window 7 looks like a new problem with the last update, isn’t it?

Hi all , windows 7 is not at the requirements of suunto link. It’s 8 and higher. However I can provide the drag and drop fw if you want me to, and the team will look into fixing this. But we don’t test / support windows 7 officially anymore afaik.

Thank you everyone… unfortunately this is the only PC I have…don’t have any other… and my work PC is obviously restricted.
So how can I update my watch then? -

Do not extract the zip file.
