Exercise log watch (not app android) and strava sincronitzation
-
Hello everyone and very good forum! I have tried to find what I need but I can’t find it … My question is it possible that everything that appears in the diary of the suunto android app also appears in the watch’s activity diary? That is, through wahoo I synchronize with strava and I already have it there for cycling, and through syncmytracks I synchronize with the android app in suunto and correctly synchronize the diary in the app and everything is displayed, but it is not possible to see all the daily on the clock. A manual activity in the app cannot be seen on the watch either. Future update maybe or how can it be done today?

Hi,
I’m not very sure to understand. Are you talking about the workouts you do without the s7? In that case is not possible to sync it in the diary. We’ve been discussing or asking that, the backwards sync between all the devices.

@Bulkan yes i was talking about this. Sorry for my english. Thank you for your reply!

Unfortunately you can’t via watches Suunto diary (you can via phone but may have to import using an app like syncmytracks)
The watch diary only shows activities that were done by the watch. Can confirm this, as i do some strength training via the watches google fit app - which I then sync across to suunto app on phone. When I check the watch’s suunto activity diary, these tracks do not come up.
Not sure how Suunto did it, but Google Fit will show your suunto tracked activities (though it only seems to show current week now). You might want to check and see if you can see them in Google fit - assuming you linked strava to fit. Only problem is that fit shows very limited data compared to suunto app.
Steps/Calories - both are using the watch sensors and seem be very similar in regards to determination of steps and calories - I think suunto app may be determing the calc.

@Jamie-BG Hi Jamie! It is all as you say correct. google fit is ok but it doesn’t have the power of suunto. Thanks for the clarification!
