cycling power meter data not synced to Suunto App
-
I’m facing the same issue with my Ambit3 Peak. Powermeter data syncing to Movescount without any issues - but power data getting lost syncing to Suunto App.
If I export .fit file of my training from Suunto App it also shows that file doesn’t contail any power data.
Is there any fix or solution available? -
I believe this is know and Suunto developers are working to fix it.
-
I couldn’t find this issue under known issues. I found only other users complaining about but their posts weren’t answered.
-
Under fix that is correct

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
Hi, I have the same issue (no powermeter data in Suunto App avaliable) with my Ambit 3 Sport. Do you have any informations how long it may last to get this fixed? Thx -
I have the same problem. Using Ambit 3 peak and powertap P1 pedals, the power data was uploaded and shown without problems in movescount but there is nothing showing in the new app.

Please recommend me power metering unit for cycling which syncing to S9B steadily? I am in process of purchasing and selection. The price is sensitive and i would avoid further discrepancies. Meantime i do not want to skip using or replace my watches while cycling ( at least indoor) because i got used to store all data on SA and look on the watch screen during workouts.
-
@Atlen What do you use indoor? A smart trainer?
-
@Bulkan Yep. I do consider to buy Elite qubo smart shortly.
-
@Atlen I use the Tacx Neo and use it with zwift. So I don’t use the watch with the trainer. After the training I import the workout with rungap and now with quantified-self.
-
@Bulkan Thank you for your input. Is the import QS to SA of indoor cycling workouts ( power, speed, cadence etc) reliable?
