Not see my latest app on movescout
-
Hi All,
I connected my ambit 3 peak after some activity via official cable to my PC.
I not see my activities in the last two months on the movescout website, but in the sports-tracker website I see.
I also see in the suunto app on my mobile.
Somebody know why?
In the suunto app connection section I connected to movescout…
Somebody know why not see my activities in the movescout web and other places I see?
Thanks -

why?
This is by design. Connecting Movescount to Suunto App activates one-way history transfer from Movescount to Suunto app.

The transfer is only one way – Movescount to Suunto app.
-
The data transfer is intended to be done only once.
It will contain all Moves that have been synced to Movescount prior to the moment you start the transfer.

@lkovari Movescount will soon no longer show or store activities. This has been clearly stated for 1.5 years by Suunto. MC will be exclusively for watch settings, routes, etc.

@Brad_Olwin In my case, Movescount does not work anymore for quite some time and my understanding is, the website is only maintained to access historical data.
I can still connect to MC, but it does not upload any activities even if the watch is connected via cable. Also, watch settings and routes are not not synced anymore from Movescount to the watch (Suunto 9 Baro). I am only using SunntoLink anyway, so had nearly forgotten already about MC.
SuntoLink also seems to work for Ambit 1, Ambit 2 and Ambit 3 watches:

@lkovari Maybe this article explains: https://www.suunto.com/en-be/Support/faq-articles/suuntolink/suuntolink-update/
SuuntoLink is the cornerstone of Suunto’s digital strategy.
Quote: “Important note: with this Suuntolink (3.0.0) update: Ambit and Traverse family watches will now be able to sync exercises to the Suunto app. (Exercises will not sync to Movescount).”

Hi Guys,
Thank you for your replies, I calmed down because I clearly see my device is works well.
As I see, the Movescount is the a victim of modernization.
I hope I able to change what I would like to see in the track log, so what data will be collected by the watch during my activity.Than you again.

@MartinLX For S9 that is by design. Once you sync with SA and customize etc the MC sync is blocked.
