The sync is incomplete

I have just to install the new app and the first sync the app stopped and leave the last 17 moves (from this week) without sync.
I have disconect app and watch in order to sync again but in the 1st/17 moves the app shuts down automatically.

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos Hi Dimitrios, yes I have unistalled movescount from my phone, and uninstall and reinstall the new suunto app. I think the problem is in the sync because yesterday I did 2 new moves and in the moment of the syinc the app start to sync and you can read synchronizing 0/19 , when yesterday said 0/17… .
Jouko told me that erase from the watch POIs and routes and I did but the issue continue. -
@alvaro-manzano hmmm. The syncronize is ok. For some reason thought your moves don’t get parsed. Do you have the latest Spartan software ? Have you reboot the watch and phone ?
