Suunto 7 - activities disappears after finishing them
That one is very annoying.
It happened to me 3 time already, that after I finish an activity, nothing is stored neither in the watch log, nor in the Suunto App. Checked twice to make sure I do right thing while saving activity, so it is not a wrong button. I say “save” and it just disappears!
Funny thing is that if I force restart of the watch system right before the activity, it seems to be OK. All is saved and registered correctly in the watch and in the application. So for now - I’m restarting my Suunto 7 before every ride. It is however annoying.
Anyone have the same problem?
Any advice what to check?
NOTE that recent system, upgrade didn’t correct the problem.

Hi RAF it happened the last Sunday to me. I noticed at the beginning the watch didńt make any sound at the start and the end neither the 1km autolaps. I had the goshted activity.
I’m trying to replicate it but it seems it was one day. If it happens again I will try to report it.
@Rafal-Walecki I have used the S7 since the early fall last year and had this happen maybe once or twice, very rare. I wonder if it is phone-related or app related. What phone and what 3rd party apps do you have?
Where do you get a save button?
When I record an activity at the end when reviewing the detail you get a close option or a delete option - no save option.
Never had this issue.
