Connected my watch to the Suunto app from the beginning, tomorrow it wil be a week… -

yes received this - came through on the email I registered my S7 on.No benefit for me. Look to be more of a trap than anything - just offers use of a service for a couple of months.

Suunto headquarters is investigating my case. I’ve used different e-mails for the purchase and the registration of the Suunto app and seems to be very confusing for Suunto

Tell me about it. It shouldn’t be difficult to register your product, however some companies make it an absolute mission. Will not mention names, but did find Suunto not the easiest. No real clear cut method option to do so.

My initial mail was sent on 23 July.
Today I received the mail with the value pack.
