Missed an email from us? Check your Spam!

there have been some recent reports that some registration, or notification emails, were ending up in the spam folder for Gmail/Hotmail accounts.

However, this issue seems to be resolved as of now.

We would appreciate, that in any case you encounter any mail from these forums ending up in spam, to report it here and we will be of assistance as soon as possible.

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos I registered two days ago (11th of October) and my “thank you for registering” email went straight to Gmail’s spam folder

@therunningdaddy I had the same. It would be great if you could move it to inbox to help google unspam them. I think since I wrote this post it should be ok.

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos my pleasure. As soon as I found it there, I selected “this is not a spam” option
