pb 'suuntolink was unable to sync all datas' with my Laptop

  • hi,
    I transitioned to new suunto app + suuntolink to work with my loved Ambit2.
    old moves have been transfered from movescount to suunto app. but I now have a message when connecting watch to PC. message suuntolink: ‘suuntolink was unable to sync all datas’. no more sync. 😞

    suuntolink 3.11 on Windows10
    Suunto App on Android 9

    I tried to reboot PC, restart Ambit2, run suuntolink as administrator. NOK
    anything I can do ?
