HRM glowing at night

Good morning all!
So I have the sleep monitoring deactivated, still when I put the watch in the bedside table for sleep, from time to time the HRM leds start to glow like a green torch the whole room. Is there any setting to stop this happening?

Hello, is there any solution to use HR monitor druing the day but while at night let watch know that they are not on my wrist so they stop measuring at night? I have 24/7 HR activated and i disabled sleep tracking. But i noticed at night that watch tried to measure HR multiple times when on table. It is anoying to disable HR monitor every evening and enable it every morning. Is there a better solution?
