Which is your favourite S9 strap?

@halajos just search on aliexpress, there is a lot. Delivery about 3 weeks.
I have it since 3 weeks, ran a lot, no problem. Maybe the same thing with the suunto one, after the shower it stay wet about 1/2 hour.

Are the spring bars shorter and spring bar heads thinner than original ones?

@prenj Usually they are thinner and shorter.
A pro tip: check eBay or some similar market place and look for genuine Suunto silicone straps. Buy a pair, cut them with a sharp knife and take the pins. That’s what I did; I seem to get a nasty rash from silicone straps anyway…

I bought one from aliexpress, but pins were thinner and shorter than original ones. I don’t trust them.

I too prefer the originals and it seems that i can buy the white one and remove the buckle from the black one manually. -

Does anyone know if it is possible to buy the new strap retaining pin? (Suunto 9 peak) that would be perfect for my Suunto 9 silicone fitness strap.

@minimark069 I don’t know of they sell pins on their own, but they sell the new straps also for the S9 I believe.
