Pairing challenges...

Hi,
My Suunto 5 was working fine and was always paired with my android phone. But for some time now the watch and the phone are connected but no sync takes place and I have to disconnect and restart the full paring process and it only works 1 time of maybe 10 attempts…: it connects but it does not pair …Any idea of what can be wrong ?

I’ve got the same issue with Suunto 9 recently. I could pair it only after rebooting the watches. For that you need to press the upper button and hold it around 10-12 seconds pressed.

@Sebastien-Boulanger I would suggest to try the standard things and if nothing works contact support also. Things like clearing the cache, or even reinstalling the app from scratch. Also which version of the app are you using? And did you update Android recently?
