Ambit2S not beeing recognized by Windows

Hi,
I have an Ambit2S. SInce some weeks ago it hasn’t been recognized by Windows 10 naymore. I get the message “USB device not recognized”. Already reinstalled Moveslink2, and tried on other 2 computers. USB cable is from Suunto.
Does anyone have an idea on how I can solve this?

@Luis-Silva any way you could borrow a cable from someone else to check if yours is broken?

@isazi Thanks for the advice. Got back my old cable and it worked. The thing is that this old cable’s clip broke and i have to hold and press the watch against it while synchronizing. The new cable is form Suunto and just started malfunctioning. Going to see if warranty applies.
