Strava not showing correct distance

My distances on strava alway show up as zero miles or close to it even though the correct miles
show up on suunto/sport tracker. is there a fix for this? I just ran 3 miles and it showed up on strava as 0 but the route was correct. -
@Captbrad if others are correct, did you check with Strava first?
Same on web and mobile?
Have you checked the fit file?
Which watch and which battery mode did you use? -
Had this happen today, synced the correct time, map, but the distance showed up as 0.35km (should have been 8km).
I had to delete the Strava segment, and manually import the fit file to correct the issue.
