before i had start beta test, i had try on recent off HR led function in a sport mode such as running
i found there is a extra saving%
for example i use SPORT WRIST HR Forest edition, here u go my summary below:

5% battery usage @1hr if i :
use gps Good
use 40% backlight
sleep mode on
off Hr scan
off vibrate
off tone
