Hi all I updated the latest software for suunto 9 and still sleep tracking did not work

Did you read the manual I sent you in your previous posts already??

Can you also provide us with a little more information about what you mean with “not working”?
Weren’t you able to find options showed in the video?
Did you manage to set it up, but it doesn’t track?
Did you get errors?
Etc… -
I set it all up trew watch but it wont record

@ianpet so you did enable sleep tracking and are wearing the watch at night? Did you set up your normal sleep time? Your resting heart rate?

I never got a chance to set up the firmware yet,I did set all the sleep time and stuff

sorry for the question, but it always starts from the base: did you activate the option? hold the middle button/settings/sleep

@ianpet Please ALWAYS include a better description of the steps you make when trying to track your sleep, simply saying it won’t work isn’t enough. So, please what did you do exactly that it doesn’t work?
And I also have to say this is the third topic you open up for the same problem, I will combine all three of them and move it to the right subforum.

I’ve never used Suunto Support for repairs but from what I have read it is pretty fast.
On the other hand, did you have lost faith in your S9 because you can’t enable sleep tracking when all the other people that has the S9 says that works? I include myself among them. Well, good luck! -

I once sent my ambit in for repairs on sticky buttons. It was an excellent service. UPS came to collect watch from my doorstep and I could track every move from leaving my house to repair centre and return. All in all took around a week. Which I think is very impressive -
@lost_today I had the same experience. Within a week I had a new watch

@ianpet can you describe the problem in a bit more detail? “It doesn’t work” isn’t a really significant description.
Like:
What did you configure on the watch?
How did you test the setting?
What did you expect as a result?
What is the result you get at the moment.
Etc… -
@surfboomerang We ask that several times now, all we get is “I did everything like the manual”, also hoping for a more detailed description, so @ianpet what can you share?
