Why are Suunto peddling Movescount in online marketing?

I don’t think so, because what I’ve seen is that MC is never mentioned on S-line products.living sideways

@TELE-HO S lines have no reference to movescount.
I am not sure @Golem what MC will become for Ambits but its going to evolve for them and there will be a roadmap

@TELE-HO for the record the S9 was initially not enabled for MC , we later on enabled it

There does seem to be a lag when it comes to keeping website marketing language up to date. Movescount.com’s home page still says, “Suunto Movescount is a growing sports community . . .” front and center nearly a year after its phasing out was announced.

@ianshowalter The statement may be technically correct. MC-capable devices are still being sold and many folk like a big screen. The cliff edge may be crowded.
