Movescount history import completed, but HR data missing ?

I have done transition from Movescount to Suunto App, but on many activities there is no HR data. (two samples below)
If i export .fit file from SA and open it via tool on https://www.gpxsee.org/ or check it via https://quantified-self.io there is actualy no HR data present in the files from uper two example activities.
If i export same two activities from MC in the any of the available file formats and check it the same way, HR data is present.
Did something went wrong in the proccess of data move from MC to SA or what?
