Android or iOS?
-
Hi,
is there a way to only follow the iOS topics? So that I don’t get any notifications for the Android stuff?
Would be easier to follow the for me more relevant topics…
Have a good day everyone…Joerg

@jthomi Would be great for me, I have been scanning only iOS.
-
Do you guys get notifications for a thread that you are not subscribed?
-
@dimitrios-kanellopoulos No, but I scan all of the topics that I have not read. Would be nice just to exclude the Android ones.
-
@brad_olwin may I ask how do you “scan”
-
@dimitrios-kanellopoulos I go to the Inbox and scan all unread topics. I read the pertinent ones and then mark all read. I used to read almost all of them but now I skip over the Android-specific. Not hard but many now are Android and I won’t be an Android user so they don’t matter to me.

@solid_dd regarding the feature reauests I have been thinking about it. But since it’s still not aligned eg iOS have sleep data and Android do not have I will keep it separate for the next few days. I am testing this.
-
@brad_olwin I will look into this but I am afraid it’s not easily possible. Bare with us since it’s the start of Android.
-
@dimitrios-kanellopoulos No problem:)
-
Just to make sure:
As of inbox or where you guys have a problem is here for example right?
-
@dimitrios-kanellopoulos Yes, but this is not a big deal, there are more important issues. I think we were wondering if this was possible via forum tools. The subjects are clearly visible and it is not that hard to skip Android subjects.
-
@brad_olwin Yeah unfortunately I think this is not possible. I ll ask though and have this in mind. Thanks for asking !
-
Oh my…
Not a problem really, I just thought there would be a button somewhere…simply doing the same like Brad does! -
Yes, same for me. I open the menu, select Unread to review all new messages and skip those that start with Android. Not a big deal, but a bit more comfortable if they were separated in a more permanent way.
