Sync with Suunto App and Movescount, moves did not appear in Movescount.com
-
I’ve synced yesterday first with Suunto App first and then with Moveslink 2 & Movescount. The move appeared in the Suunto App, but not in Movescount.
Is that now a regular thing? All the months before it did not matter in which order I sync.

@Rainer-Joswig
Issue yesterday with Movescount.
It is solved.
Your move may come. Just wait a little. -
Anyway it’s probably better to sync with MC first as SA should mark the activity as “already sync”
-
@Rainer-Joswig If you sync to SA first the exercise will be marked as synced and will not sync to MC. If you set custom sport modes or use routes in SA syncing from Suuntolink is disabled. If you want exercises in both MC and SA you must sync to the MC mobile app first and make sure that SA is not running (even in the background). You can then stop MC and re-open SA and sync to SA. There are third party alternatives that will sync to MC on iOS and Android if you sync only to SA.

Hi the activities will come back to your account. There is work done so please just be patient.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos They did not come back and the same happened today again. Moves are on my watch and my Suunto App, but not in Movescount.
Today again, the watch synced via bluetooth with my iPhone iOS Suunto App, before I could connect it to my computer. When I connected to my computer it did sync , but it took no time to sync the move itself - and it did not appear in the Movescount site. -
@Rainer-Joswig If you sync to SA first the exercise will not sync to MC at all. The only way to get the exercise to MC is with a third party app on the phone. RunGap for iOS and SyncmyTracks? for Android.

@Brad_Olwin this must be a recent fluctuating change. It has worked for a long time. And it worked several times over the past days.
