Hello,
I am interested why did spartan sport WHRB “lose” vo2max. It was always in Movescount but not in Suunto app. Also vo2max is available on suunot 5 and suunto 3 fitness but not on Suunto 9 and Spartans which I think are higher models.

VO2Max is not available in Spartans or S9 (the watch) … this is just an estimation in Movescount.
S5 and S3 use Firstbeat feature to generate this calc => https://www.firstbeat.com/en/consumer-feature/vo2max-fitness-level/
Actually, SA doesn’t make this estimation, so if you go from MC to SA you (me too) loose this feature unless you have a S5 or S3.

Would be great if Spartans and S9 could generate this data, but I think it’s difficult to add this calc to those watches FW, because of Firstbeat licenses…

@suzzlo Yeah, but the thing I don’t get is if the VOmax calculation algorithm is already in MC web’s sourcecode (and I understand it is patent compliant and hence Firstbeat cannot chanllenge it), why not port that piece of code to SApp?
