Issue with sync movescount android with movescount.com web
I was able to sync moves from watch to movescount android, but they were not sync to movescount.com web.
Other setings are sync (age,wight etc.).
Watch - ambit3peak, android - 9.
I didn’t try to sync watch with movescount.com web by cable - I have only windows XP which is not supported
Any suggestion, what is the reason?
Is there any button to force sync?
Is it a new issue ? did it work in the past ?
Internet connection on the phone, is ok ?
same account in MC App and MC web ?
to force sync, no button, but close app and open should work, or close bluetooth on phone and enable it in app could do also some sync.
Finally, this forum is not MC related, so, at least, you could have posted in the lounge section
After more than 24h moves are present on web.
Before I tried all what you have mentioned and nothing worked.
Is such delay is normal?

24h is not good, but not bad, as it seems to work finally
Either not too good connexion on your side, of something longer in MC backend. Maybe E will never know.
Specific forum for MC, I don’t think there is one. Either here in lounge, either on more “suunto watch” related ones.
suunto customer service always answered my MC questions within a couple of days.
but i can imagine that their focuse is somewhere else now… i read a lot of “coming soon”… so they might not be bored at the moment
