No notification to transfer my data from Movescount to Suunto app

    I read this web page.
    I uninstalled Movescount app and install and connect the suunto app with my Ambit 3 Peak.
    But, i don’t have a notification to transfer my data from Movescount to Suunto app.

    @Remrem Transfer at the moment is only activated for S5 and S9 as I know. you need to wait a bit more

    due to various reasons the migration (move) is done in stages based on devices

    It should be active for A3 too, but it’s staged so you need to wait your turn.
    You’ll receive a message when you’ll be in the list.

    Do you have a rough idea of the delay?
    Since I use the Suunto app I have no more notifications on my watch for calls and messages. Is this a bug?



  • I have just received a message from the support following a request dating back several days.
    Service is currently only available for Suunto 9 and Suunto 9 Baro.
    They assure that the transfer service will be available soon for other models.
