@andithegeek actually it was Dimitrios’ hint. I just followed it. Good luck with the transfer.

Hello,
I have the same problem with my new Spartan Trainer : the notification is there but when I click on it the Movescount import isn’t in the list of services … I’m in France btw.
After reading this thread I tried the following :- changing the country to UK or Spain and restarting the app
- deleted the Suunto App account and recreated a different one
- uninstalled Sunto App and reinstalled it again
Nothing has worked, the notification is still there but there’s no Movescount entry in the list …
What can I do ?Thanks !

@Runik
What is your app version, please? -
@Mff73 Version 4.2.4 revision (4002004)
-
@Runik
Maybe you can try to join Beta, latest version 4.9 may works. But not sure, maybe something in the backend on your case.
Wait for @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos to analyze
Trainer watch model related? -
Please keep me posted on this after installing the beta
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Beta 4.9.0 installed, no change unfortunately
-
@Runik i can check for you Tuesday when i am back. Under vacation currently :-). Please hold on.
In theory you should be enabled.
-
@Runik do you have the watch paired btw ?
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos No problem, I’m not in a hurry
The watch is appaired btw.
Enjoy your vacation -
Finally my moves from Movescount have transferred … took about two days. The sad thing is that all the transferred moves are now private and don’t show up in the main profile summary - they do show up in the list, but the count and total distance shows only public ones.
Maybe a separate topic: It would be good to also have vertical data shown in summaries and quick activity filters. For example now if I type in cycling in the search field at the top, it shows indoor/trainer cycling as well as outdoor cycling combined and I would like to keep track of them separately - right now this is possible only by manually doing math.

@fejker
would be good to have icons to select the type of sport (and multiple) to see the summary.
searching manually for activities is totally 1995!!!
…and YESSS! total ascent in summary -

…and YESSS! total ascent in summaryYes, like MC has had for many many years. But this is off-topic.
In a way I am glad that all of my stuff is now on SA/ST with uploaded pics and data. I haven’t checked yet if acs/dsc is correct/the same as on MC.

Did you see what we are preparing ?
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
no? where can we see that? -
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Hi Dimitrios,
Nothing’s changed since last time, the notification is there but there’s no Movescount entry in the connected services list …
Could you check what’s wrong ?Thanks !
-
@Runik Can you repair the watch please?
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos From the pc app ? Will I loose history on the watch doing this ?
Edit : that’s “Diagnosis” on the pc app … what do you mean by “repair”, what’s the procedure ? Thanks

Forget the watch in Suunto App 4.9 and pair it again (repair )
You won’t loose anything.
nothing related to PC in this topic -
@Mff73 Lol … I feel dumb
Thanks, I’ll try this
