      From what I can gather this forum is for the Suunto app only. Does Suunto have any similar forums specifically for each device? Like a Suunto 3 fitness forum?

          In my opinion contacting the support is nearly useless unless the issue is very straightforward, and I have nearly zero trust in the support. I had way more luck reporting issues in the forum or on Facebook, thanks mostly to @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos.

          It would be really great if Suunto extended this forum to watch specific subforums and had support stuff monitoring it. That would work much better to rebuild user trust than the current model of shouting in the void (that what e-mailing support feels like to me). Either that or support should start replying to e-mails much faster and escalate issues more proactively.
